In addition to being the Broker/Owner of Investment Realty, Roy Tedsen was born and raised here. Roy's background includes land use planning, appraisal, college-level real estate instructing, environmental impact report writing, as well as commercial and home development projects. Roy has been a real estate Broker for almost 30 years and has the unique honor of posting the most consistant, highest volume of sales in the history of the Crescent City Board of Realtors

Chris joins Investment Realty with a background in medicine and research. As a 12 year resident of Crescent City, he has been the sole local pediatrician and allergy specialist for Del Norte County and the surrounding vicinity. After having made numerous real estate investments as a principle in both residential and commercial property, he is now in addition to his career in medicine, also pursuing a career in real estate. His other interests include music and soccer.

Having lived in Del Norte County since childhood, Laura has previously served on the Board Of Directors of the Del Norte Association for Cultural Awareness (DNACA), and is a member of the Crescent City Rotary Club and Soroptomist International. She is fluent in Spanish and has served as an interpreter for the legal and medical professions.

Mahrya started her career in real estate 15 years ago working for the largest real estate appraisal firm in Southern California. From there she went on to commercial property management for 10 years. During this time she obtained her Broker's license in California. After relocating her family to the Brookings area she now has her Oregon Broker's license as well. She has a Bachelor in Theological Studies and a desire to help others realize their dream in real estate. Being a mother of four she values the importance of families and the need to invest wisely. Her moto is "Excellence in all that we do."

Stuart was born and raised in Alaska where he began his career in sales and enjoyed several years of commercial fishing, After discovering Del Norte County, he chose to make it home. He believes once you experience it, you will also call it home. As a member of the Crescent City Board of Realtors Top Producer Club he looks forward to serving you with enthusiasm and honesty.

Lola's career in Real Estate started in 1982 in Lake Tahoe, CA. By 1984 Lola became Sales Manager for The William Lyon Co., California's largest developer at the time. From there she became a broker where she owned and operated her own offices, Saddleback Realtors and Coast Closing and Real Estate Services, an escrow subsidiary. Lola is originally from Nevada but has been a California resident for 28 years and has recently made her home in Del Norte County with her husband and daughter.
